Amazing 4/3 vacation home at Thousand Oaks Community!!
This home greets you with lush landscaping from the moment you arrive. Welcoming you inside and into the spacious open concept that effortlessly guides you through the entertainment spaces with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The open concept floor plan is perfect for hosting friends and family and centers around the heart of the home, the kitchen, which is fully equipped to prepare meals for the family. In the main living room we have a theater sound system for a movie night with the family. Master bedrooms comes with a king bed and a tv, the master bathroom comes with a large garden tub. Second and third bedrooms comes with queen bed each and a tv. Last but not least our fourth bedrooms that comes with 2 twin beds.
SPARKLING POOL, is the perfect spot to cool off during Florida's warm summers. The game room comes with pool table, foosball and air hockey table in the garage with a tv and stereo.
Located in a prime location in the Davenport area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (7 minutes).

Summary: Too many rules. Grass was extremely high for the entire stay. At least 8”. Many vertical blind panels missing in most rooms. Floor plan is difficult. Have to go through one bedroom to het to another. Temp inside averages 78% at most times. Pool had a green tint first 4 days. Someone came on day four and must have added chlorine. Pull out couch had potatoe chips in it from previous guests

Summary: This house gave our family the immediate wow factor as soon as we walked through the front door. The pool is great for kids and only 4.5 feet deep. The house has an alarm system and every sliding glass door had childproof locks which made us feel safe with our young ones. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need, appliances are also top notch. Communication was excellent however we did have an issue with the alarm going off in the morning because the code we had didn't work to disarm the alarm. Overall the house is lovely and we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The property was perfect for our stay. Several golf courses were near by, the pool was awesome, kitchen met all of our needs,and the beds were comfortable. We did have a hard time driving in the area due to road construction and traffic.
