****During the months of July and August this house is a Saturday to Saturday 7 Day minimum rental. *******
This home at 335 Cooks Brook Road was built in 1956 and newly renovated.
The bright and sunny family room features a wood burning stove, a flat screen tv, a large sectional and beautiful hardwood floors.
The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, tv, and private bath with a shower.
There are two guestrooms on the same floor. One with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds. There is also another newly renovated common bathroom with a tub and shower.
All three bedrooms have quality mattresses, along with all the necessary linens, blankets, and towels to make your visit easy and enjoyable. The house has central air-conditioning.
WiFi internet access is available, and there is cable TV. Outside there is an outdoor shower, various patio tables and chairs on the deck, along with a gas grill.
Studio garage apartment also available for lease at an additional fee. (SEASONAL). Queen sized bed, pull out queen sofa, flat screen TV, kitchenette and full bath with stand-up shower. Sleeps up to three (3). Studio will not be rented separately.

Summary: Beds were comfy. Lots of space. We enjoyed ourselves. We would recommend it. We would also stay again.

Summary: We traveled to the ranch with our 3 kids and my parents for Memorial day and spent a great family vacation there. The house was large and very well equiped and the apartment was a nice addition for my parents to stay close but in a separate place from us. We particularly appreciated the outdoor space, with the large sunny patio and the big garden. The only drawback was the morning we spent on the 3rd day to do the clean up and to wash and dry all the linens and towels before leaving, which seemed to us pretty long compared to the 2.5 days we stayed... We would have appreciated an additional cleaning service for a short stay, but it was clear before coming so no surprise about it. I would overall highly recommend this place to future travelers !

Summary: We had a wonderful extended weekend stay in this lovely, clean and comfortable home in Eastham. The house had everything we needed and it’s location was perfect for our beach get-away. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Brett's home in the past 4 years. Location, location, location. Again everything was great and consistent. House is very clean, Fantastic yard With the nice addition of the fire pit which we did use. We had 4 adults and 2 children And felt like we hadPlenty of room. The living room was very comfortable furniture and the beds were comfortable Which says a lot because we travel quite a bit and bed's tend to be a problem as landlords don't Always put the money to change them out. When we do visit the Cape This is our home of choice.

Summary: The house was as advertised and communication with the owner was easy. The house was clean and the garage apartment was a nice addition to our stay. It’s a 1/2 mile walk to the bay and a short drive to many other popular spots. Would stay here again.

Summary: The property is absolutely wonderful. My family and I had a great time. The spacious shady yard and strong central AC provided havens to come back to from hot days at the beaches. The house had everything we needed with plenty of room for my family. We were able to cook large family meals, no problem. The house is a gem, and we hope to be able to make more trips back, in the years to come.
