Our place is a true beach getaway. Come and enjoy our corner unit, direct ocean-front 3rd floor, three bedroom and three bath condo. You are only steps away from the beautiful 2.5 mile cinnamon beach. Our home’s decor is 100% beach style that is sure to be a hit with the whole family providing the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation photos. All new appliances and linens to enhance your experience and beautiful tile floors throughout the home.
Enjoy the relaxing ocean view from the over-sized, wrap-around balcony overlooking the unique cinnamon color sand found on Cinnamon Beach as well as the crashing ocean waves. Begin your days with the spectacular view of the sun rising over the ocean creating a spectrum of amazing colors. The relaxing sound of the surf never grows old!
This single level 2,000 square feet of spacious living is accessible by both elevator and stairs. This unit is the largest type in the community with the most windows and bathrooms. For your entertainment, we have flat panel TVs throughout the unit with 250 channels of cable and DVD players. In addition we have, high speed wireless cable internet. As for the phone in our condo, it allows free unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada.
Enjoy family dinners around our large dining room table or around our patio dining table. The kitchen’s large breakfast area enhances the space’s function while offering an ocean view. Brand new appliances include a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove and in-built microwave. Spacious granite countertops provide ample preparation area to prepare a meal or happy hour drinks using our blender and or other appliances. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment and utensils you will need to have a wonderful dining experience.
In addition to the balcony, the master bedroom suite overlooks Cinnamon Beach, the crashing waves of the ocean and provides amazing views of sunrises without moving from the king size bed. The spacious master bath is equipped with a walk in shower, an over-sized tub and a separate water closet.
The other two bedrooms are set apart from the master suite for your added privacy. The second bedroom has a wonderful queen bed, a private full bathroom, and plenty of storage space. Your children or grandchildren will go wild for bedroom three. They have their own bathroom, wall-mounted TV (just bring the XBOX) with DVD player to enjoy with two absolutely delightful Full size bunk beds and a twin bed (trundle underneath) with colorful beach themed quilts. Three full bathrooms in total keeps everyone happy. In-suite laundry and wireless Internet round out your hassle-free vacation.
As a guest in our home, your family has full access to a large ocean front heated pool, a second heated pool with a gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, two in ground hot tubs and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort Golf Course in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach and conveniently located between historic St. Augustine and the world famous Daytona Beach. We are close to many golf courses and a short drive to the attractions in Orlando.

Summary: We have stayed in this unit several times over the years and always enjoyed our visit. The condo has a great location and is an easy walk to the beach. I almost hate to give this a great review as it gives away our secret getaway spot. Seriously a beautiful condo in a great community and kept clean and up to date.

Summary: My family loved this condo. It is beach front and very large. The one and only thing that could have made their stay easier was the locked closet in the kitchen which should have been the pantry. They had to put their groceries on the counters which was very inconvenient. My whole family enjoyed meeting there one night for desserts. There were 39 of us staying in 6 condos in this same resort.

Summary: Having never been to this area we were a little nervous... but the trip went great! The Beach House had everything we could possibly need (beach chairs, towels, toys, etc...). The kitchen had everything we could possibly need! The owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive when we had questions. In addition with an 84 year old dad that uses a walker/wheel chair all the time- the elevator access, wide hallways and spacious and sunny deck allowed him to be a full participant while he was with us at the condo. The pools and beach were also tremendous! Thank you! We plan to be back!

Summary: Immaculate, beautiful property. Lovely pools, Gorgeous ocean views with very comfortable deck furniture and large outdoor dining table. Everything worked! The kitchen was stocked with top quality cookware and plenty of dishes. The property owners kindly stock beach towels, toys, and beach chairs.

Summary: When looking for a place to stay for vacation I have to look for a place with a elevator for my 85 year old dad, a pool for my nephews, well stocked kitchen for my brother and oceanfront for my teenage kids. This met all my needs. Just as discribed. This unit was clean and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beach towels and a short walk to the pool. Very well maintained condo. This review is for the condo and it is 5 star for sure. Beware the ocean is lined with Florida rock/coral. The view is beautiful but not boogie board or skimboard friendly. Varn park is close by and we went there to swim and fish.

Summary: The unit is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for our family of 7!! Our grandkids enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony and watching the ocean! We cooked dinner in twice. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed for a great dinner! We also saw dolphins and sea turtles 3 mornings which was very exciting! Great place to stay!!!

Summary: This is our family’s third time staying at this exact condo and we love it every time we go. We have 5 children and this condo has plenty of room for all of us. We also love the views of the ocean, quick access to the beach, two great pools with poolside restaurant, and how safe and quiet it is in the gated community. We highly recommend the area if you want a laid back beach trip without fighting traffic and the loud noises of many other Florida destinations.

Summary: I cannot say enough positive things about this unit and our experience here. The location of the building in reference to the pools and gym is perfect. Beach access is right next to the building this unit is located in. Watching the sunrises while on the beautifully appointed balcony is second to none. The unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything you need from plush beach towels and nice beach chairs to a very well stocked kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need for meal preparation and serving. You will certainly feel at home during your stay as the owners have given attention from the largest to smallest of details within the unit. We cannot wait to return.
