This condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom, front to back! Amazing views of the Gulf from the Kitchen, Living Room, and back patio! This property is a beach lovers dream! Ramsgate 1 sleeps 2. 1 King size bed. Saturday to Saturday rental.
This property is just east of Seagrove Beach and west of Camp Creek, "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.
If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

The dryer worked, but a piece on the inside kept falling out. Many electric outlets didn't work. I saw a roach in the bathroom. There were no instructions fir TV, could not catch local channels

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time and the location can’t be beat! It did feel a little moist and the you the place did have a smell. I did laundry before we left to come home but the smell was so bad I had to redo the laundry once home. Kinda like a musty wet clothes smell. The condo was clean and was perfect for 2 people. Like I said cannot beat the location on the beach! The plug in the kitchen was very loose and would come out of the socket. I will say the air was so cold (which I loved) especially after a hot day on the beach. I did not understand the shower, it was only half covered and the floor would be wet when you got it. Could have used more than 3 towels for 2 people. The couch definitely needs to go! It is very uncomfortable and feels broken and stains are in the cover. I know it sounds like I am picking it apart but the positives really do outweigh the negatives. Just a few tweaks and I would rate as Atttttt

We were told the AC unit was not working, but they put a portable unit and some fans in until it could be fixed , it worked well . We had a wonderful Stay . The beach was so close and the condo was great .they had chairs for the beach . It was perfect for the 2 of us .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I ended up cutting my trip short because the condo, particularly the bedroom, smelled so musty and like mildew. The humidity in the unit was off the charts! I had the A/C turned down low, but it didn’t help much. I’ve stayed at many beachfront properties and never experienced anything like this. Everything felt damp and I ended up congested the whole time. Frankly, it made me not want to be in the unit at all. There were long dark strands of hair in the bed when I arrived. I called Harmony and the gentleman I spoke with was not helpful or concerned. He just sighed and said he could have someone come out the next day. I also had to call maintenance to come unclog the shower drain because I was standing in about two inches of water. (The maintenance man was fantastic! Friendly, fast) Oh, and the shower head is about 7-1/2 feet high. I’m 5 feet tall. This made for some very long showers since the shower head was not adjustable. Many fabric stains throughout the unit - curtains, furniture, bed sheets. Overall, very disappointed with my stay and this trip. The unit is lovely and the location was pretty good. However, it seems the unit isn’t given the care and attention it should be and that made for an overall poor experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed was so comfortable. Decor was appropriate. The beach was perfect but small area. Get there early to place your chairs. The view from the patio based on photo was that you could view the water but that was not the case. The outdoor showers were rusted and didn’t work. We checked out early because of musty smell. Overall it was a good place for the price point.
