Summary: We loved the location and felt it was very clean. My only reason knocking it down is that the room was so sparse it was hard to be comfortable. There are almost no hooks or places to put things. So your bags are on the ground, your towels are hung over chairs, your phone and charger are on the ground. A bedside table, a suitcase holder, and bathroom hooks would go a long way. The kitchenette is a nice touch but it's not actually very usable. So there's coffee provided and two cups, but no silverware to get the coffee into the maker or to stir your cream in. There's nothing except the small appliances, filters and coffee. Even those little disposable packets of silverware and sugar and a roll of paper towels would be a welcome addition. Add some basic amenities and it would wildly improve the stay.

Summary: Not sure what the building codes are for Oregon, but I recommend checking the hot water heater temp for unit 9- the temp spiked past legal limits in bathroom shower and sink. The only other feedback is that I wished my mom and I could have stayed longer. Looking forward to coming back!

Summary: Nice updates to the rooms and buildings. Great location! Although the fog kept us from seeing the rocks offshore until the second day, the beach was still beautiful! A grill would have been nice to use, but the outdoor facilitiies have not been updated yet.
