This is a super floor plan with with large family room, living room, kitchen, breakfast area, formal dining room that seats 10 people comfortably. Large master bedroom on the main level, with dual vanity, walk-in shower (glass bricks), jacuzzi tub and private toilet. All hardwood and tile floors downstairs,.This house was built for spending time with family and an open flowing floor plan. Four bedrooms upstairs with all carpeted and set up for privacy. Sleeping capacity for up to 12 people Large dual vanity bathroom with extra room for shower space and toilet . Large closet for towel storage. Backyard is privately fence with 18 X 36 in-ground HEATED pool. Great for kids and family.. Plenty of room for enjoying games, barbequeing and having a marshmallow roast on the fire pit. Plenty of room on the deck to stretch out and relax or have great conversation. WE think of your pet as family too, so bring them along for the fun. All outdoor areas are monitored for your protection. Pool doesn't open until Mid May. Closes Mid October .

Summary: Great family house , well equipped , had everything we needed . Spotlessly clean with beautiful wooden floors and staircase. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it perfect for multiple families sharing . Outside seating areas were great for outdoor dining and the pool was fab , although some of the area around the pool was a bit uneven . Overall would definitely recommend!!

Summary: This property was near everything in Johnson City, TN. It was well suited for our conference at the Civic Center. It was stocked with everything you could possibly want. You do need to be aware that the 5 "queen beds" did not all feel like queen beds - some seemed smaller - but perhaps that's because we were all used to king beds! Still, a great place ideally located in a quiet neighborhood.

Summary: This house is AMAZING!!! The owners Jerry and Peggy are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They are quick to respond to any and all requests. I will definitely be returning to this VRBO.
