This safe amazing newly remodeled interior is a 3-bedroom, 1 bath ranch home with driveway for parking. Large backyard, quiet safe walkable neighborhood. Even comes with friendly neighbors!

Our location is minutes away from fine dining, breakfast venues, and sports bars:
a 20-minute leisurely walk to rows of Lake Michigan-view homes
<1 mile to Vollrath Park
<2 miles to downtown Sheboygan, the beach, and harbor
<2 miles to John Michael Kohler Arts Center & the Weill Center
2 miles to Disc golf, The Quarry and Evergreen Park
5 miles to Whistling Straits golf course
6 miles to Kohler, WI (and all their golf courses, etc.)
17 miles to Road America and Elkhart Lake

The Space:
This property has been completely remodeled and updated to offer you the most comfort during your stay.

The kitchen offers brand new appliances with a gas stove, quartz countertops, undercabinet motion sensor lights, and all your cooking appliance needs for a small group. And, we have plenty of kitchen extras! K-cups and more at the full coffee station, a welcome basket on the counter, a few items in the fridge such as bottled water, a water cooler, and a snack drawer!

The living room is an open concept with comfortable seating for all and a smart TV. You've seen the pictures!

The lower level has a free washer and dryer, a card table, a putting green game, a table for 6 for dining or playing card games (games included), and a really fun video game corner with large screen and chairs.

The two larger bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has a Daybed/Trundle to accommodate additional sleepers! See photos. The front two bedrooms have smart TVs.

Outside there is a huge backyard! On your way to that backyard is a small patio with seasonal outdoor furniture and some extra lightweight chairs for outside or bring them in to the lower level.

Summary: This is a lovely property-bright and cheerful! (You might feel like you are in the middle of a HGTV episode-LOL! :)) The interior is beautiful and we all loved the very comfortable beds. Summary: Amazing house! Exceptionally clean and modern inside. Great thought was put into the design and decor. Little touches were also pleasant surprises. Property manager was very quick with responses and answers, was also friendly and helpful. Will definitely be booking this unit again next time I’m in Sheboygan. Close to the lakefront too. Only 4 blocks away. Great neighborhood. Super impressed withe the modern updating of this house. A++ on this one.
