Our cozy home is just a 5-minute drive from Walmart, Starbucks, Chili's, Vernon's Lakeside Grill, LuLu's on the Lake (for snow cones and ice cream), Cedar Creek Brewery, Jalapeรฑo's, Hector's Mexican, Taco Bell, Whataburger, Brookshires, and a host of other city amenities. This is the ideal spot for outdoor fun, whether you want to watch football on the back deck, relax by the fire, or explore our spacious yard, Cedar Pavilion, and catch the breathtaking sunset views. You can gather around the firepit or have dinner under the cedar pergola. There's even a basketball hoop off the back dock for some water-based shooting fun. There's something for everyone, from kids to adults, and our family and friends love it. We think you will too.

We've recently added many exciting features to our property, including a private lake home on the East side with stunning sunset views and Chamber Island in the distance. You'll love our turf fire pit area, perfect for gatherings. The newly constructed Cedar Pavilion comes with a large table for dinners and cookouts by the fire. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the home has been beautifully renovated. We've got plenty of games for kids, cornhole boards, washers, horseshoes, and even a TV on the back deck for outdoor football watching. The colorful LED lights add a festive touch to your evenings. Plus, with 200 feet of shoreline on three lots, the backyard is a haven for dogs, complete with a large elevated outdoor dog bed. Our home is the ultimate spot to disconnect and enjoy quality time with family and friends.

Our home is located in a clean and safe neighborhood. While you can fully embrace the tranquility of the lake, you're only minutes away from city amenities. Gun Barrel City, often called the city of the lake, might be a bit smaller if you're used to big cities, but it has everything you need, including Starbucks, Walmart, Chili's, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Chicken Express, and more.

Nearby, you'll find "Vernon's Lakeside," a fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away, where you can dine and enjoy drinks right on the water. The new fresh green walls in living and dining rooms are amazing. The kitchen boasts black cabinets with gold handles, a farm sink, butcher block countertops, and a black butcher block island. You'll find everything you need for cooking, from cast iron pans to cooking sheets and a coffee machine with a reusable filter. The bathroom features black cabinets, butcher block counters, and a farm sink. The master bedroom offers the best water view right from the bed. The new master bathroom is spacious and open. Sliding glass doors in the rooms along the back open to a wrap-around deck. There's a gas, charcoal, and smoker with a burner on the back deck for all your cooking needs. Summary: The property was good, home setup was a little odd with having to go through a bedroom to get to the primary bedroom. Outdoor area was not as well kept up as described in the pictures.

Summary: Absolutely loved our visit here! The sunsets are stunning while viewing from the back deck! The backyard was a dream for grandkids and grandparents alike! Easy access to public boat ramp or Big Chief Landing if launching a boat! House is lovely and all beds were very comfortable, master bedroom is Huge!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Our family of 4 plus my parents stayed for an extended weekend. We fished, kayaked, and hung out on the patio. The sunsets were amazing and the lake is awesome. We visited Lou Louโ€™s and Vernonโ€™s Lakeside by docking our boat. Both were good and I recommend visiting during your stay. We had a great time overall.

Summary: There was a little hiccup with the cleaning before we got there but owner communicated well & I didnโ€™t really mind. Wanted to put it up here cus there are people that would complain about something like that, but we booked last minute so itโ€™s important to be reasonable in those situations. Hope others are as understanding & kind. Thank you for having us, we enjoyed your place & our pups had amble room to run around at. โ˜บ๏ธ

Summary: Unfortunately, upon arrival had some plumbing issues, but they were taken care of. Both trash cans for recyclables and common trash were overflowing upon arrival, and when the trash service came once during our stay, they only picked up the common trash. The wash machine was very difficult to get it to spin and drain.

Summary: Clearly this is one of the loveliest property on the lake. There's everything you need to cook big family dinners and an awesome firepit for s'mores. The weather was a little wet during our visit, but the deck is so nice we spent as much time out there as inside. Thanks Josh for creating such a fantastic oasis.
