Summary: The house was comfortable and clean, and in a generally quiet neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating and responsive - the pool heater broke during our stay and he got someone to fix it the same day.

Summary: Attend Birthday Bash for my nephew who lives here in Florida our family travel here from Pennsylvania, Atlanta Georgia , Maryland and Virginia Day after the Bday we all gathered and had a fish fry at the house, enjoyed the pool and family time together. Thank You

Summary: Please note - it is not a “hot tub” as stated in the listing - it is the same temp as the pool - asked owner why he put “hot tub” in listing? - No responseNo extra blankets or towels, no pizza cutter, no extra garbage bags, the kitchen faucet was coming apart, no tv remote for the bedroom, poor communication, and really the place just isn’t kept up.We left a day early and found somewhere else to stay.We explained all of these details to the owner and asked for a response - No response yet Joe?

Summary: This house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Loved the heated pool. Has all the amenties you would need. Home is in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood.Comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing that was hard for me, being a short woman, is that the table and chairs and bar stools were very high and uncomfortable to sit on. It would have been nice to have a lower dining room table. The living room is cozy and comfortable. Joe, the owner, was very easy going and friendly We hope to stay again.
