3 Bedroom Condo in Tucson

Welcome to condo 9146!
Our premium vacation rental is situated in an ideal location, next to the main pool, but with the feeling of seclusion and privacy with spectacular mountain, golf, and desert views. Keyless entry with your code.
A private, extended, and elevated patio is perfect for relaxation, entertaining, and wildlife viewing. A hiking trail off the patio. The views of the canyon and Catalina Mountains are breathtaking.
This condo has the following upgrades, including HUGE PICTURE WINDOWS, granite, counter-top, stainless steel appliances & tile floors throughout. The living room, kitchen, dining, primary, and 2nd bedroom all have magnificent views. The 3rd bedroom can be used for your extra guest or as a private study.
The spacious living room boasts leather furniture, a 75" smart flat-screen TV, a soundbar, high-speed wireless internet, and Blue Ray DVD player. The dining room has an extended table (seats 6) with a picture window.
The kitchen is equipped with upgraded kitchenware, Keurig, or a drip coffee maker. (Coffee is provided.) We also provided basic kitchen items and supplies, including paper and cleaning products.
Free WIFI, covered parking, fitness center, and 3 heated swimming pools, 2 of which have spas and barbeque. The main pool/spa is only steps away.
The primary bedroom features a huge picture window with mountain views, a king-size bed with a 3" mattress topper, a 32” smart flat-screen TV and soundbar, a walk-in closet with wooden hangers, and a master bath with a glass door and a walk-in travertine tile shower.
The second bedroom also has lovely views and a large closet. This room is versatile; the beds could be arranged as a King bed or split into twin beds. Please let me know your preference.
The third bedroom features a full-size bed, an office desk with a chair, and a large closet.
The second bathroom is located next to the second and third bedrooms. It features a soaking tub with a shower and updated bath fixtures.
A washer & dryer, cleaning supplies, soaps, shampoos/conditioner, hairdryer, bath & swimming towels, and ice chest are provided.

Summary: We booked this condo because of the location and views from the outdoor patio. And we love a ground floor unit in the desert. Great location in the Catalina Foothills near many hiking trails, including Sabino Canyon. Many good shops and restaurants close by. Gorgeous views of the mountains from the comfortable patio. Nearby pool is lovely and quiet. The condo is very comfortable, well decorated, with everything you need. The view from the giant picture window in the master is stunning to wake up to. The owner, Barbara, is so responsive and caring about her guests experience. We did have an issue with noisy guests in the condo above, but Barbara bent over backwards to make it right. Overall, a very special property and owner.

Summary: This is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in a great location at the base of Ventana Canyon and only a short drive to Sabino Canyon. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The condo is conveniently located next to the heated pool and hot tub. Barbara went above and beyond as a hostess. When we first arrived at around 7PM after dark, we opened the door to find the condo gently lit and soft music/nature sounds playing from the t.v. What a welcoming touch! The place was very clean and well appointed with plenty of extra sheets, pillows, towels, and throw blankets. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and tissues are provided. Both a Keurig and regular coffee pot are also available for use. There is a lovely outdoor patio with clean cushions/pillows. True to photographs! Barbara's condo feels like a home, not just another rental. What's more, there is a grocery store (Bashas') and several great restaurants (Piazza Gavi's, Blue Ice Gelato, and El Charro) within 0.5 miles. This was our first trip to Tucson, and we were so pleased with our accommodations. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Barbara!

Summary: Altho we were not able to use this great condo for some family emergency, our children did and they could not say enough about the spot. They loved every moment and they said it was super clean, extremely well stocked and amazingly comfortable. Barbara was fantastic with our last minute change for our reservation. Summary: Views from almost every room. Near complete privacy. Fitness center and Jacuzzi in complex made our stay complete. Also our prompt, down to earth owner proximity to Sabino Canyon recreation area was outstanding.
