This amazing NEWER home (2020) has all new furnishings. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, it boasts of outdoor living space with full deck and views of Kalamazoo Lake just across Lake Street. “Under the deck is custom-block patio with an under-deck roof”, No leaks during any rainstorm-- plus a TV with SONOS, two speakers to serve patio, natural-gas fire pit and Weber propane grill. Interior is all natural maple flooring, top quality cabinets with quartz tops, Gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances. All bathrooms have ceramic floors and showers. The Carriage house (above garage area attached to house by deck) has living area, separate bedroom, bath, mini kitchen with microwave and mini refrigerator. There is also a sleeper bed in second-story loft and in carriage house. Everything in this home is quality custom craftsmanship, with nothing held back. All TV’s in home equipped with SONOS. There is no comparison to it in the area.

Summary: The well-lit, classy, clean aesthetic of this house was perfect for getting ready for our wedding. Our family and friends had plenty of space to get ready and the short walk to down town made it an easy home base. Details like having copious kitchen utensils, garage space for storage, and lots of bathrooms with large counters. The house was super clean and the patio space was a gorgeous plus! Thanks for a great stay, Tom!

Summary: This was a perfect house for our group! Bright, clean, spacious, and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Love the outdoor space as well. It’s a short walk into town so no worries about driving/parking. Communication with host was quick and helpful. I recommend this home and I would stay here again.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The house was in the perfect location for a quick walk to downtown Saugatuck for a coffee in the morning, lunch or dinner. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the beach which was beautiful. Douglas is just a quick walk as well! The layout of the home was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living spaces were very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and the outdoor space was perfect for evening meals outside. We will definitely be back!

Summary: This property is just as described and as you see in photographs. It is comfortable, clean, amazing location, and comes with an abundance of towels! We had a fantastic time and Tom went above and beyond, even helping me with a delivery that was delayed in transit. We hope to be back!
