Unobstructed panoramic views of the azure sea dotted with sail boats range from Jost Van Dyke and Sandy Cay over to the surf break at Cane Garden Bay. The surf break at Little Apple Bay is just below and is a great view and entertaining in the winter months.

The location is perfect with easy access to Little Apple Bay and Long Bay beaches. Smuggler's Cove beach is a short drive away. Road Town is a 25-minute drive, Beef Island airport is a 45-minute drive.

Summary: This property has an amazing view! The open air concept is great except for one major thing - mosquitos. They never let up the whole time we were there. Access to the property is by a very steep rough driveway. It was very difficult with our small rental. One should have an all wheel drive car except the owner doesn’t allow SUV’s due to their size and limited space for parking. We had one garbage bag for the can- no extras for 5 nights. There was a broom but no dust pan. The shower handle fell off in one bathroom. Basically a lack of supplies and maintenance. To top it off we were never given a phone number to reach the owner and he only responded to one message and ignored the rest. The owner does not give BVI hospitality a good name.

Summary: This 2 bed 2 bath place is an open air concept in the kitchen and living spaces while the 2 identical bedrooms with king beds are air conditioned. The views are WOW! Easily could have just sat in the living room and stared at the view all day and night. Simply gorgeous. Easy communication with the lovely property homeowners. Definitly recommend asking for a 4WD taxi to get you there from the ferry. Beds are super comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back soon!
