Beautiful, secluded 4 bedroom 3.5 bath (3600 sq. ft.) facing the north brow of scenic Petit Jean Mountain. Fully furnished, sleeps 14. (1 King, 1 queen downstairs, 2 queens, 4 bunks, and 2 daybeds upstairs.) Galley kitchen, laundry room, dining room, large open two story gathering room with multiple sitting areas. A 55" HD television is easily viewed from the gathering room, and the master bedroom includes a 43" HD TV. Both TV's have Satellite and DVD library. The living, dining, and master have direct access to the 2500 sq. ft. multi-level deck overlooking the river valley area and the Arkansas River. Perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. (Gas grill available) The kitchen has a French door, bottom freezer refrigerator with icemaker. Other amenities include coffeemaker, blender, toaster, popcorn popper, microwave, under counter 40 lb. icemaker, dishwasher, and electric range. Cookware, utensils, and dishes accommodate all guests. Master bath includes dressing area, claw foot tub, and multi-head shower. Second down stairs bath has shower tub with access from hall and king bedroom. Upstairs bath with shower is accessible from all sleeping areas. Hairdryers are furnished. Downstairs powder room is located near kitchen and gathering area. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.

Summary: We all love the roomy accommodations for both families. The house was clean, well-equipped and the host communicated well. The view from the back patio was fantastic! Would definitely rent again. Easy to get around to hike and see sights.

Summary: Beautiful and very spacious home it was everything we expected and more We came from Florida to Arkansas for a family reunion with a party of 14 the home was large enough to accommodate us all very comfortably and beds for everyone. The master bedroom and bath was amazing with the claw foot bath tub and separate shower. The decks were very large and had an amazing view. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The caretaker was very polite and helpful. We will definitely book again next trip to Arkansas.

Summary: Me and my family chose to stay on Petit Jean at this beautiful mountain home for all of us to enjoy and relax at and it did not dissapoint. All of us truly enjoyed the location and the house itself. We had everything we needed when cooking meals and enjoyed the many picture opportunities we were able to capture. This is a wonderful place for people to gather at and enjoy the peace and tranqulity. Owner communication is excellent and we all cant wait to return again to this amazing home.

Summary: We loved staying in this house again during spring break. Clean bathrooms & comfortable beds. Our family/friends loved the huge deck and its views of the Arkansas river & valley below. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and playing games from the hall closet on our rainy day. The second dining table was great for working a puzzle. The spacious living room was perfect for hanging out together and our Bible study. Plenty of fun things to do at Petit Jean State Park. We will be back!

Summary: The sunrises were awesome. Plenty of room to hang out, play games, tons of deck space, etc. The house is nicer than the pictures even show. Conveniently located to so many things to do around Petit Jean (overlooks, hiking, museum, petting zoo, Mather Lodge, farmers market). We have already started talking about staying another time.
