Our apartment located on a 2nd floor of the prestigious Aquatika complex in Loiza, Puerto Rico. This comfy three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, offers the amenities that will make your stay unforgettable.

As you enter the apartment, you'll immediately notice the spacious layout. The living room is perfect for relax after a day under the sun. Features air conditioner, cozy seating arrangement, flat-screen TV, dinning space for all and a balcony to enjoy the breeze and garden/pool views.

Summary: The accommodations were fantastic - clean, spacious, and exactly what we were looking for with 6 kids. I slept like a baby in the super comfy bed. Just one small suggestion - a hammock would be a great addition to the outdoor area. It would be the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The water park was an absolute blast! The slides were thrilling and the pools were so refreshing. The only thing I would suggest would be inner tubes, ours kept deflating. It would be awesome if there were boogie boards since those are hard to travel with and a great thing to use on the waves at the beach. Lastly, I wanted to mention a small leak I noticed in the laundry area. I'm not sure where it's coming from, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. Overall, our stay at Aquatica was incredible. Your friendly staff, beautiful accommodations, and fun water park made it a truly memorable experience. I'll definitely be recommending your resort to all my friends and family. Summary: Pluses: The property is clean. The access to pools are awesome. The beach is accessible too. Gloria, the property manager, was very responsive. It’s a gated facility. Eight of us stayed in the unit and it was spacious for all to have a great time and feel comfortable. The washer and dryer were a great addition to our comfort. To know: This is a great place for a get away to center yourself and family. It is a bit far (about 15-20) from entertainment or other places in comparison to other locations that we have stayed at in PR. There are a couple of stray dogs and cats that can be intrusive at times. We do not regret staying and would recommend to others depending on what they are looking for.

Summary: The space was clean and comfortable. If you are interested in the facilities, like the water slide, I recommend asking specific questions about the current state of them. The pools and lazy river were great, but the water slide was closed and was a major reason that I booked, my kids were so bummed. With proper expectations it would have been perfect!
