Positive: Location was in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The space allowed my family to be in one space together. The bed was comfy.
Negative: Booked for 7 and only received 4 towels. Sheets had stains and no floor mat for tub. The place is a bit run down. Full kitchen but no foil or parchment paper for oven tray to heat food. We received an email saying they are striving for 5 star service and in the same email they asked that the garbage all be emptied from the house into their bins, all dishes washed and even mentioned washing the sheets which I found to be a bit contradictory.

Positive: Reasonable place to stay if you need a kitchen and laundry, or if you have several people. Overall clean and comfortable. Hosts answered phone at number listed in app and fixed major problem within a few hours of this call. The bedrooms and living room are comfortably, if simply, furnished. Wifi was available.
Negative: The first morning after I arrived, I realized that the sump pump was pumping to a drain inside the house which was plugged. This led to a constant cycle of a running sump pump and water splashing all over the basement. The hosts did not respond to two messages through the app over more than 24 hours. They responded promptly to a phone call, but the maintenance people did not have uniforms or offer identification (or names). The hosts did not check afterward with me or come over to clean up the mess in the basement (where the laundry is). The kitchen supplies are minimal. The property requires clean up (common in Rochester this time of year). There is no functioning carbon monoxide detector.
Summary: This place has potential but needs some attention.

Positive: Location, size of the house (3 bedrooms and a big kitchen). The house is confortable and it’s really useful to have a parking.
Negative: The lack of good and efficient cooking ustensiles such as large pans or good quality cutlery. It will be also great to have some kitchen towels.
Summary: The house was closed to the RIT where are studying my daughter which was very useful for us. I recommend this place
