4 Bedroom House in Rehoboth Beach

This gorgeous 2,200 square foot single family home in Grande at Canal Pointe was built in November 2017. With a great location, high quality appliances, and tons of space, you'll have a family vacation to remember!
Our house is on the east side of Route 1 so you can spend more time on the beach and less time in traffic. Bring your bikes and do the 2 mile ride to the boardwalk, or stop at one of the great restaurants and bars on Rehoboth Ave. The house is also just a short ride to the Breakwater Junction trail for those who are looking for a long bike trip.
You'll have plenty of room for family and friends with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, plus spacious common living areas. The house boasts a dining room that seats 6 and a great room with a reclining sectional couch. If you need even more space just step out onto the screened-in porch for morning coffee or after-dinner drinks. The open concept kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and has all the cookware and place settings you'll need to prepare and serve meals.
Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and a loft overlooking the great room.
1st Floor Primary - King Bed, en-suite bath
2nd Floor Primary - King Bed, double futon, en-suite bath
2nd Floor Bedroom 2 - King bed, twin bed in attached room, shared hall bath
2nd Floor Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, shared hall bath
Each bedroom, in addition to the great room and screened porch, is equipped with a ceiling fan. All beds are outfitted with pillows and comforters as well. PLEASE NOTE: be sure to bring your other bed linens and all your bath/beach towels, as those are not part of our service.
There are two community pools. We're very close to Rehoboth Beach, the Breakwater-Junction trail, Tanger Outlets and more. You never have to get on Route 1 to get to the beach, so skip all that traffic and spend your time relaxing!

Summary: Look no further for your next family vacation. This house is in the perfect location to beach, bike trails, and shopping, We enjoyed the community’s pools, bocce and tennis courts. Summary: Our family of 8 was very comfortable at this property. It is very clean and well stocked. We took advantage of the pool, tennis court and pickle ball courts. It is a short drive to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. This is our second year to stay here. We hope to return next year too!

Summary: This home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean and comfortable! The hosts attention to detail is apparent from arrival! The beds are wonderfully comfortable as is the living space. We took advantage of the pool that’s available for use. The home is conveniently located within 10mins drive to the beach, attractions and many great restaurants! We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: House was like new with spacious bedrooms, living room and enclosed porch. About a 5 minute drive to the beach but probably better to Uber instead of trying to park your car. And it’s probably cheaper as well. Looking to book again next year
