It is a True Ski-In/Ski-Out home directly located on Roughlock & Everkrisp ski runs in Bachelor Gulch Village. This 5400sf home is situated mid-mountain and directly overlooks The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, and Bachelor Gulch Village. Views of Avon, the Gore Range, Red & White Mountains, and Game Creek Bowl in Vail are stunning. Adjacent Roughlock and Everkrisp ski runs offer both easy green and moderate blue run choices to the Bachelor Gulch Express lift. There are 4 fireplaces, 2 dens, Playroom, Office Area, and Gourmet Kitchen.
This slope-side location is even easier than most with a heated walkway into the private ski-room with convenient cubbys and boot warmers/dryers. This Snowberry Unit is a five bedroom, six and-a-half bath home and features the finest in design throughout. There are two private garages, private Hot-Tub, and open, airy living areas which make this property an ideal choice for family and friends. Expansive windows soak up the surrounding mountain alpine scenery and large spacious private decks encourage outdoor enjoyment throughout the year. There are hallways to each bedroom offering privacy not found in most locations.
Other features include: wide-plank hickory floors that add warmth and charm throughout the living areas; 100 percent wool carpeting in the bedrooms; wood cabinetry and trim; hand hewn beams, private hot-tub, group steam room and and a master bath boasting a Jacuzzi tub and private steam room, separate Euro-style shower enclosure, custom-designed vanities with slab marble counter tops. There are additional Queen Sleepers in the playroom and main level den. We also have a portable Graco Pack & Play.

Summary: A truly wonderful house for our family to spend a few weeks in gorgeous Bachelor Gulch this summer. It was absolutely perfect for our whole group and hope we get to come back next year!

Summary: We have a family reunion planned in Breckenridge but my family was traveling long distances so we wanted to come early and spend extra time here before the reunion. We loved the home, views, location, everything. We also were able to use the pool at the Ritz Carlton which was a nice unexpected bonus.

Summary: This home is amazing. Its location on the mountainside was great, with ski in/ski out. We thoroughly enjoyed its spaciousness! And all the amenities it had to offer. The kitchen was THE MOST WELL FURNISHED kitchen we have ever seen, in a rental! The host, Mark was readily available via text. We used the Bachelor Gulch Shuttle to and from Beaver Creek Village; it was great! All in all, we highly recommend this VRBO at 91 Hummingbird!

Summary: Wonderful time! Leading up to our arrival host was informative of the property and readily available to answer even the silliest of questions prior to our stay. When we arrived house was perfect for our group. Clean, big, lots of space, smelled good and what views! Host was easily accessible throughout stay and was happy to assist. The property description is spot on. Two understated benefits: access to the Ritz fitness center and spa. Fitness facility is top quality and I loved going into sauna, cold plunge, sauna to start my day. 2nd is the access to the shuttles. Literally pick you up outside the house within minutes of making an easy reservation on the app. Look forward to staying at this property again.

Summary: This property is as described. Very clean, well maintained and well appointed. The kitchen was especially remarkable for us because we don’t go out to eat. We prepared three meals a day for six days for twelve people without breaking a sweat. The built in appliances are high end and include: two dishwashers, two sinks and two extra wine refrigerators. There is one of every freestanding kitchen appliance you can think of. Basic pantry items, spices and condiments were stocked. The glassware, flatware and china are all high end. There is an abundance of kitchen utensils. And the knives were sharp! And anyone who does this on a regular basis knows this is not usually the case. The rest of the property is similarity well appointed. Everything was in good working order. The owner/manager was available and responsive. Highly recommend with no reservations.
