Summary: I booked this stay for 8 middle aged guys for the Indy Colts game. We were looking for a property close but not in Indy that had sufficient room for everyone to spread out. Also wanted a pool table, etc for something to keep us entertained. The property looked great from the outside and was relatively keep. All else is what I would consider the bare minimum. Carpet throughout the house and pool table had major stain issues. Metal chairs for furniture was not comfortable- the couches were fine. Bed frames were squeaky. Showers had mold and some missing towel bars from the wall. Overall fit the purpose, but at this price point, we were left disappointed by the sparseness.

Summary: The home is huge and was a perfect location and layout for hosting family for our daughter's wedding at Avon Gardens. Carpeting needs deep cleaned. Rotten boards on back deck make it unsafe to use. Owner was very kind on the phone but does not respond online via VRBO app.

Summary: Spacious home for gathering in town while our daughter got married at a nearby venue. This home provided ample space, bedrooms, bathrooms, hangout areas, and was easy to socialize for a large group. We even met for a catered meal on the property.

Summary: The house was very nice. But had no homey touches. No decor at all. The hot tub was broken (ice floating), there's was mold in the shower, and another shower was cracked and leaking. My messages over the two weeks prior and during the stay were completely ignored. I wouldn't stay here again.

Summary: We had an amazing trip and our stay here was great. The house had absolutely everything we needed and then some. I didn't have to run to the store and buy a single household item. It was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.
