Summary: Stayed for 1 week with my daughter,very good area with security checks for entering the building etc,large complex,looks new,very clean with a lot of things available,the apartment rooms are small like most in Hong Kong,2 bathrooms,3 bedrooms,livingroom and a balcony with a nice view which was nice to relax at night,it has everthing you need but for me its about having your own freedom,much better than a hotel,the MTR station is very close (6mins) Taxi to the star ferry costs about 13-15 euro takes 15mins - 20mins (Tsim Sha Tsui)there are good restaurants there also, London Bar, Gordon ramsay,Brotzeit etc from there you can take the star ferry $2.5 or the MTR to the island,no toll costs ($60) for a taxi to the island,Sven was the perfect host from the start,good contact,very helpful with any questions about Hong Kong etc, Tip - buy a holiday sim card at the airport costs 10 euro then you can contact him when you arrive,taxi costs about 30 euro from the airport to the apartment,overall had a great time and would definitely used the apartment again,thanks Sven. Summary: Sven's apartment was as it described on the website. It's true to size and for an apartment Hong Kong, it's consider very spacious. The MTR it's about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Sven's assistant Betty met us at the loading area when we first arrived, and helped us get into the apartment. She was very helpful. Sven checked in with us during our stay to ensure there wasn't any issue which was nice. The only thing is that the cleanliness is not superb to my standard but I have a very high standard for cleanliness so I wouldn't fault Sven for it. Overall, the apartment worked out great for our family (2 adults and 2 kids ages 7 & 9). Thanks Sven and Betty!

Summary: Great host, easy to get in touch with. Location is great, we really enjoyed the quiet environment compared to the busy city center. The unit was pretty clean, but the air inside was a bit musty perhaps due to typhoon when all the windows were closed. Great experience overall. Would love to stay again!

Summary: Dear Sven, We are home after a hectic trip to Hongkong. Your Lohas Park apartment was indeed a blessing, as the whole complex is a city in itself and everything is available in the complex. The MTR is also a part of the complex, which was really very convenient. Your apartment on the 76th floor was the highlight of our trip and thank you for upgrading us. Our checkin was perfect and Aoki explained everything to us about the apartment and the appliances. You were very kind indeed from the time we started interacting with you from the Airport to the apartment till the time we checked in. We really appreciate your pre-warning us about the Hurricane Hato and your advice to download the Hongkong Observatory App and to fetch food stuff for the next 2 days. Summary: This was a good booking overall. When we arrived we were offered a different apartment on 76th floor (top) - which is usually an upgrade. We found the apartment appeared to be used though as lots of personal things stored there & not as pristine as shown on the pictures. Sven & Aoki made good arrangements to meet us though & helped us get settled in. The fridge stopped working whilst we were there - but they replaced with a new 1 immediately even though a holiday weekend.
