Summary: Beautiful house, awesome location at the intersection of two canals. Awesome sunrises and sunsets. Canoe and kayaks were so much fun. Golf cart was great to run around on and visit the local ice cream shop. David communicated very well and timely. We were able to check in 6 hours early great property, great owner.

Summary: Very nice home on corner lot of the canals and close to the Gulf. David was a great host and I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house is updated and super cute. The house was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, beach towels, beach gear, and pretty much anything that you would need. The kids absolutely loved all the games, fishing and jumping off the dock. I enjoyed the morning kayaking. We explored the area. The Tarpon Spring Docks is a short drive and was really cool. We also went to Weeki Wachee springs. The place looked like it would have been awesome but it was so crowded we couldn’t enjoy any of the activities., but we may have just gone at the wrong time. We also drove down to treasure Island and spent the night. It was a very beautiful not so busy beach. The owner was easily available and promptly responded to any questions we had. The only downfall to the house, was that it was hard to keep it cool. It was super hot outside. But we did find the fans in the closets and used them to help keep cooler. Thanks for letting us share your vacation property. The kids are already asking to go back 😊

Summary: The house looked just like it did on the listing. It was cute, clean, & had pretty much anything you may need. We loved that you could walk out the back door & fish. We also enjoyed the foosball table! We rented the golf cart & used it as our main transportation (there were signs that said sunrise to sunset, but we didn't have any trouble going "home" after dinner & we saw the police once).
