Welcome to this amazing 5,000 sq ft, single story residence, NO STAIRS! This home has the most amazing views of the entire Yakima valley, miles of mountains and huge sky views. See all the stars in the evening while relaxing in the amazing jetted hot tub! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the patio with amazing views of Mt Adam’s and the entire Yakima community.
There is so much to do in the Yakima area, enjoy great wine events, farmers markets, golf and year round sun! This home has it all. Private 48’x20’ heated infinity edge pool, 8 person hot tub, 5 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. Home has an amazing double island kitchen, HUGE game room with pool table & ping pong table. Plenty of space for the whole family. Green egg BBQ, Direct TV with all channels,. Massive outdoor space, green grass. Very private! Free Wi-Fi, 4 car garage and outside parking for 20+. Surrounded by apple orchards, quiet and peaceful. South facing for all day sun. Individual temperature control units in each room.
You will also find more than enough towels, toiletries and a kitchen that already has all the spices, and condiments you will need.
Master Bedroom has an amazing closet that can be used as a toddler or infant bedroom. This closet has its own temperature controls and is already set up with a foam roll away mattress for a little one. Master bathroom is incredible, with huge walk in shower with multiple heads.
One other en suite bedroom, and then 3 additional bedrooms that all share a double vanity bathroom w/shower
Massive sliding doors that open up to the expansive outdoor patio with great views and the large pool/hot tub.

Summary: This beautiful home has everything that you'd ever want! It had enough chairs at the kitchen table for my entire family to have dinner. The pool was amazing, everyone enjoyed it. There are blow up toys for the kids and adults, adult games and even a bouncy house. If you forget something, it's most likely there at the house. Beautiful fountain that has lights that change color, gas fired fireplace that looks gorgeous around the pool, lights for ambiance in the hot tub and music to set the mood throughout the house and the patio area around the pool. The refrigerator has enough room for all of the food that four families brought together. The views are amazing! And the Yakima river is close for floating. The communication with the host/homeowner was over the top, he was the most accommodating person yet through VRBO. If you want to live in luxury, you have to check out this place! You won't be disappointed, you will be wowed! Definitely will re-book for next year.

Summary: Everything was absolutely fantastic, to the extent that I didn't want to give feedback, so less people to visit and we keep it as our secret getaway place :) . On all accounts, absolutely stunning property, fantastic and super fast responses from the property management. Clean, clear, modern, beautiful, I don't have enough adjectives to emphasize how great our stay was. Safe for kids as well. The only downside is there is not much opportunities to walk around or we didn't discover any. Will definitely come back again

Summary: We have 2 families who often travel together in the summer. In this home we stayed 4 nights with 4 adults and 8 kids, ages 14-17. We all agreed this was the best home we’ve stayed in over the years! We did not leave the home- we were fully entertained right there! The pool and hot tub were so perfect. The home has plenty of space. The communication with the property manager was easy and well - we are trying to figure out when to return!

Summary: Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home, it had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Our children loved the pool and one even said "Can we live here?" The beds were so comfortable, the house had all the details and so open and beautiful. The outside is amazing with sweeping views you can stare at all day. Thank you so much for helping make our weekend get away so lovely, we would certainly come back.
