Only an hour and half away from Seattle, you'll instantly feel relaxed as you drive through the mountains to get to your private and gated 3 acre home in Morgan Creek. Relax in the hot tub, take a steam in the sauna overlooking unobstructed views, and spend time outside in a custom built outdoor kitchen and patio space your whole party can enjoy. Hangout around the gas fire pit and star gaze under the lights year round. During the days, choose an outdoor activity - hiking, biking, kayaking, rafting, boating, fishing, jet skiing, ATVs, swimming, and much more. During the winter- walk right outside your home for great sledding, rent snow mobiles, go snow shoeing, skiing and hiking. Head to Suncadia Resort, only 20mins away for golfing, walking paths and trails, playgrounds, farmers markets, restaurants and wineries. Enjoy their winter activities like ice skating, skiing, tubing and winter festivals.
If you want to stay close to home, walk across the street for instant lake access and space to explore. Drive down the road a bit to find fun rivers, creeks, and fishing spots. Access to the popular Speelyi beach on Cle Elum Lake is just minutes away. Head into the town of Roslyn for food, bars, summer outdoor movie nights, museums, walking paths and a playground all only 15 mins away.
The lodge itself is perfectly set up for family getaways as well as large groups of friends. You'll find a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and lots of games and movies inside to enjoy. Theres even a small kids room hidden upstairs. With views from each level of the home you'll get to experience all the beauty of Lake Cle Elm. Both masters are on separate sides of the home for privacy and have their own doors to the outside deck. They each have their own bathrooms as well, which makes it perfect for multiple families/groups. The upstairs loft hosts a hidden kids room, hangout area, and separate bedroom/bath. Downstairs you'll find another bedroom as well as the game and hangout area that can be enjoyed by all ages.
Important to note:
Winter: please make sure you are able to put on chains and have 4 wheel drive to access the property in case we get a huge snow dump during your trip
*Also, this lake is a reservoir so the water levels change constantly. It usually drains in front of our house in the late summer/fall so please be aware that the whole lake will drop at this time. The best lake views are early spring- summer. The house has wifi, however you must Enable wifi calling, as there is limited cell service. It should be strong enough to stream TV to watch netflix/movies but This cabin is truly set up for you to unplug and get away. The perfect time to spend quality time with your family and friends.

Summary: We stay here every year. The house has everything you need to cook and lounge with friends while you take in the amazing view. Decks wraps the house and the hot tub and sauna all share the sweeping view of water. Lots of activities nearby, and just step out the door for a lovely stroll along the lake.

Summary: Our extended family of 13 adults made this our Christmas home for a week in December, 2022. It was not short of fabulous. Caroline was quick to respond and helped us with the minimal issues we had at the beginning of our stay. While the house was super clean, we did find left over toys, socks, and minimal things under beds and couches. Not really a big deal. Could have been likely do to the severe snowstorms they were experiencing prior to our arrival. The house and amenities were so much better than expected. The views and location made for a Norman Rockwell Christmas! Also, Caroline decorated the house with a Christmas tree and decorations which made our holiday so special! The house was very well stocked. Many pots, dishes, popcorn maker, coffee maker, crockpot, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, and paper towels were plentiful. Much appreciated! Snow plow services were amazing! They helped us get out of an icing situation. Scraping the steep driveway and put a gravel mix on the drive to ease our mobility. They kept the drive usable and clean throughout our icey, snowy stay. Seriously couldn’t have asked for a better location, house, hostess to spend our holiday. Thank you, Caroline!

Summary: We had wonderful family time at this cabin/home! Made a birthday celebration dinner in the extremely well-stocked kitchen, and enjoyed sunsets from the sauna with a view! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return!

Summary: The home’s setting on the hill above Cle Elum Lake could not be better! It’s easily accessible from the main road by the lake, and the views are outstanding all day long. The AC was cold, and the furniture is comfortable and homey - just like a cabin should be! We used the outdoor grill and gazebo for most evening meals, which made the family experience so valuable. We did not use the basement games, hot tub, or sauna. The new satellite wifi was excellent for as many handheld devices as we brought - and even allowed us to stream the sport games without issue. I highly recommend the home!

Summary: We had three families stay here for 4 nights and had a great time. The views were amazing and the setup was perfect. The basement was a hit with the teens and the parents enjoyed the outdoor space. The location was perfect for exploring the lake and nearby river.

Summary: This house is clean, has a beautiful view of the lake, and the owner is easy to communicate with. We went with my in-laws and the downstairs was perfect for the kids to hang out and sleep. The main floor and upstairs rooms are large with private bathrooms. The stairs could have been a hazard for our baby but we found a baby gate in the closet. The first night a beat smelled our dinner cooking and came to say hi from a safe distance but it was a good reminder that we were on their land. The beach access is easy to get to and we were very comfortable during our stay. Suncadia’s park is a must for kids and adults.
