Summary: We had a great stay at your place. The 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms allowed adult siblings and spouses to comfortably stay for a family wedding. We appreciated the array of snacks and cold water/pop in the refrigerator. We enjoyed sitting on the covered back deck as it rained outside. Thank you!

Summary: We loved the rental in almost every way! 5 stars all the way and we hope to re-stay every year. We do have two suggestions. One, written communication about location of garbage, working of tvs, expectations about check out, etc. We like to clean up our messes before we leave and love to know the owners desires and expectations. Two, kitchen could use several more useful utensils. Other than that, we count it one of the best places we’ve stayed. Thanks so much! Pam S.

Summary: This is a beautiful property in a very nice, quiet community that is centrally located to everything we needed for our soccer tournament trip. Lots of amenities and very responsive owner. Definitely hope to stay here the next time we come back!

Summary: We took a family group to Wichita for an engagement party. We will be making more trips there and will definitely stay here again. It is close to everything whether it is airport, downtown, shopping, and restaurants. We had small issue with door lock and property owner was responsive and fixed the situation. And I have to say, having snacks and drinks ready at our arrival was awesome.

Summary: Two friends and I were attending an event in the Wichita area and decided to stay at a VRBO vice a hotel. We chose this listing based on location and appearance. It turned out even better than we hoped. The property was immaculate and quiet! The host was extremely thoughtful with all the little additional touches like snacks, water, wine, toiletries, and more. The communication prior to check-in was great. The contactless check-in process was simple. There were plenty of restaurant options nearby when we wanted to eat out. I would highly recommend this listing to friends and family and I would definitely stay there again.
