Positive: Great location, comfy beds and pillows, useful “extras” like olive oil, tea etc.

Negative: Check in process was awful. Delayed 2 hrs outside the property awaiting access codes. No return calls. Problems uploading passport for I/D verification. (two other couples had the same issue). No wifi (yet advertised with free wifi). asked for password to customer service. not even a reply to our query.

Summary: Very mixed review - great location, nice apartment, but awful check in process, poor Customer Service and zero Wifi.

Positive: Everything was great! We are very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment is very clean, spacious, tidy, and located in a quiet part of the city. The location is excellent. The bus station is closer than it appears on the maps.

Negative: The only downside was the poor sound insulation between the bathroom and the other rooms, which didn’t provide much privacy, as every sound from the bathroom could be heard throughout the apartment. We also didn’t like that we couldn’t leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out and had to pay extra to store it at a different location.

Summary: Very satisfied with the apartment, would gladly return and recommend it to friends.

Positive: Size od the property was enough big for family od 4. The location is good. At first we get only 3 towels, but when we asked for more, they gave us towels and blanket for our daughter. Location is in China neighbour, we tried a lot of their food in restaurants, food was excellent. Shop is near. If yuo want to have nice and clean apartment, you need to booked it. At night is quiet. Big plus is wash machine in the kitchen. If I would come again, I would booked it again

Negative: Maybe bed is a little soft for me, but it was okay. The door of the bathroom is stucking. And maybe I missed coffee machine.

Positive: It's small, and sparsely furnished - typical budget 'executive apartment' that has the basics but not much more. Location is good - in largely Chinese neighborhood, with supermarkets and quite a few restaurants around, close to train station and Old Town. Building is safe, elevator works, apartment is clean. Heat works well, and shower is piping hot. Bedrooms are very small, just space to walk around the beds but then again, not much more is needed. WiFi is fast and reliable. Bedrooms are in the rear, so very quiet at night.

Negative: Very basic - two plates, four coffee cups, three or four knives etc. - you need to wash everything immediately. Double bed is a horror story - impossible for two people to sleep in because it caves in the center, so one or both of you will roll towards the middle. Mattress in dire need of replacement. Area light in living room would be great, because it's either full-on theater spotlights or total darkness, no suffused lighting anywhere. Same for second (one-person) bedroom.

Summary: Small but clean apartment, centrally located.
