Negative: The cleaning service is superficial, they forgot to replace empty shower gel and coffee supplies. Also the AC cannot be turned off.

Positive: Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. After all we liked hotel, aquapark and city, most likely would come back
Negative: The hotel would really benefit from having baby cots available, as families traveling with young children may not always be able to bring one. Also, since the hotel is located quite far from the city center, it would be great if bar hours are longer, at least till 23:00

Positive: Very nice accommodation, kids friendly. The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable, the contemporary design matched the Amazonian team very nicely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lounge has a nice play area for kids. The location is a bit outside, but well connected to the city center - 25 minutes by public transport. The water park and spa facilities were excellent, we had a great stay with a 3 year old.
