Positive: The apartment is spacious, well equipped and in a good location. The host responded very quickly and was easy to deal with. Having a parking in such a busy area is a huge bonus!
Negative: Only maintenance comments which I hope will get the apartment fixed...The lights in the basement area btw elevator and car park door were not working and it's not an easy space to negotiate in the dark... I did report this to the host. The shower in main bathroom is hand held and the pole that it attaches too keep falling out of it's socket. The air conditioner in 2nd bedroom is not very effective making it very hot to sleep there especially in the Israeli heat.

Positive: This apartment is a true gem in Tel Aviv! (Coming from someone who stayed at many ones here). This has been the best one so far! It is very spacious, with a modern design and perfect for a family or group. Everything is well designed and functional, it has all the appliances needed. It was exceptionally clean. Our stay was very comfortable The location was unbeatable, it is perfectly situated, close to the beach and the city. Additionally, the owner is very responsive and attentive and will make sure all your needs are met.
Negative: I truly enjoyed everything this apartment! There were no downsides to my experience

Positive: Everything was perfect. Perfect location (by the US embassy + 3 supermarkets within 50 meters distance). Clean, high quality furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, with everything needed. Washing, drying, dishes machines with filaments. Enough towels, soap. TV with Netflix in every room.
Summary: Not cheap, but worth it.

Positive: We spent a perfect weekend with the family in the designed apartment, it is large and spacious, they really thought of all the small details in the apartment. The building is new, 2 minutes walk to the beach, close to many restaurants and cafes, the parking is large, it was easy to get in with the jeep we rented, thank you very much Assaf and Ordan, we will definitely come back again.
