Summary: We were greeted at check in with a glass of prosecco each before going to the room. The room was a family room which provided a very spacious bedroom and seperate living room with a sofa bed. The spa facilities were absolutely beautiful and being located so close to the car park for us was ideal. Pet friendly and the area of Bad Reichenhall is absolutely stunning. We would stay in this hotel again tomorrow if we could. Loved it.

Summary: What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service. What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing.

Summary: Very nice and spacious room. Travelling with a dog and the staff was very welcoming and friendly towards both of us. Good location. Good breakfast. If I would travel again to the area, I could stay again at the hotel.
