Positive: It is 20 minutes to the Kimana gate. The location is good. The food is good too! It is quiet and has a good view of Kilimanjaro. Natural environment. The staff is really good and friendly.

Negative: The place is not well kept. Nothing like the pictures. Overgrown plants all over. They do not clean the rooms very well. Cobwebs everywhere and super dusty. The mattress is super uncomfortable, and the shower doesn't drain water. If you are a solo traveler- do not book the shared room. Random people who are not guests come in and out the place with no notice. Can feel unsafe if traveling alone because it's secluded from the rest of the accommodation. The common sitting area in the house is huge but not welcoming. Untidy and dirty. Bring your own bathroom shoes.

Positive: I am aware that its an eco camp and actually a nice experience, i have read not so good reviews and had low expectations but during our stay we had a decent and good time. They dont have wifi at all so you must have ample data, its a good detox i must say. We have a very nice view of Mt. Kilimanjaro in our balcony, the room itself is big.. Bed and pillows are comfy, there are sockets to charge your gadgets. No bidet in the toilet but hot shower in the middle of nowhere is a major plus! It was quiet and peaceful, hearing so many birds chirping which is so relaxing. They have mosquito nets, yet surprisingly no bugs or mosquitoes. We stayed a night, month of September, t'was chilly and had rainshowers all night, we slept well. It was kind of muddy in the morning but still doable to walk.. Food is good and yummy in my liking, apart from bfast other meals aren't included, gotta pay them cash. So far the staff are polite and helpful, check in and out were both smooth. We requested and they provided airport pick up and naivasha drop off, with a decent price but dont expect a big car but did the job. You will see giraffee, on the way casually hanging out on the side of the road. The road going to the eco camp is kind of bumpy. If you decide to go Amboseli Eco Park, its about 30mins drive. We had a good stay, so i do recommend them😊

Positive: This lodge was well organized and the staff there were full of hospitality. The dishes of Mr.Chef were so excellent. Furthermore, you can feed wild monkeys here. The cost-effectiveness was great.
