Summary: I didn't like that the lady at the front desk was rude to me when I couldn't understand what she was saying. I told her my name and that I had a reservation and she said I wasn't in the computer. It would have been nice if she spoke English.

Summary: Staff was rude. Had to ask for toilet paper at check-in Breakfast was choice of cereal or bagel. Milk was soured, couldn't be used. Pod for 1 cup of coffee was provided for a 2-night stay

Summary: The 1st shift lady is a totally rude person. She does absolutely nothing for you cant even greet you with a smile upon checking in. When you have traveled all day and need some rest time with a 4 and 6 yr old and your tv wont work her solution is lady will be in at 8pm she will fix then. The lady came up around 7pm but my wife had went online and after putting different codes in got the remote to work. The tv didnt have a power button so we couldnt turn it on to program the remote to it so had to work around that issue. The night shift lady is super sweet and friendly. Breakfast is cereal, bread slices individually wrapped with saran wrap, as well as bagels. Peanut butter is a jar of peanut butter kept in a fridge, had butter and a jar of jelly. No fruit, No juice, No waffle iron just a cereal, toast or bagel.
