Summary: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was clean, room clean, and well kept. Not a great breakfast Selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Summary: Dont let the outside fool you. The first thing we experienced was an awesome staff. Checking in was a breeze. Very personable people. When we got to our room we were pleased to see a clean updated room. I had issues with the remote to the tv so i took it down to the front desk and he replaced the batteries for me and told me how to use it which fixed my issues. The bed was clean and super comfy. It was a very quiet night, we had no problem getting a goods night sleep. It would have been nice to have had a coffee pot in our room. The breakfast they had was just cereal and fruit which wasnt to our liking so we skipped that. There was no place to sit and eat anyway. We felt like our stay was just fine for what we paid and would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here! Took a couple of days to check out the Big South Fork and surrounding areas. Conveniently located near Cumberland falls, and the eastern entrance of the BSF. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Room came with a larger size mini fridge and a microwave. I would highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Check in took a bit long, but the couple running it were nice. Room was nicer than expected and everything seemed quite clean. Pretty short on amenities, really missed my coffee and basically no breakfast.
