Summary: Was charged a deposit fee when checking in even though I booked online. Told it would be refunded when I checked out which it wasn't for days. The room was nasty, one of the pillow cases looked like it had blood stain on it. Roaches were in the room. Non smoking room but had a nasty odor. The air conditioning didn't work right.

Summary: I have stayed here a few times. Staff have always been nice. Rooms have been clean and comfortable. Would be nice if the room had a hair dryer. Ice machine didn’t work.

Summary: Bed was clean & comfortable, air was ice cold. The room was cleanish other than the dead bugs of various types on the floor throughout the room, did not see any live bugs. There were no bed bugs. The front desk clerk was very nice. Got a “smoking” room but there was no ashtray in the room. Only a half roll of toilet paper no back up roll. Corner of ceiling in bathroom above the shower was moldy and deteriorating, did not use the shower. Needs updated, not Americas best value inn but not it’s worse either. I would probably stay there again if I had to. Property was quiet. A $25 cash deposit is required at check in and then returned upon check out.

Summary: The room had a strange smell. I used Febreze and it was tolerable. The lights in the bathroom didn't work at first. I found that the socket circuit breaker had tripped. The tubs drain was slow so that you would be standing in ankle deep water for most of the shower. I didn't expect much but more than what I received.

Summary: Well we have steady at this particular hotel in the past and we've never had an issue with it this go round again not an issue but it was 101° and we were looking forward to swimming because it was very very hot out and no swimming pool that was number one number two was no breakfast that was a big deal because we have two kids we needed to get on the road very early and we were hoping to get the breakfast and get it and go which they did not have and no ice maker which was kind of odd but for the most part it was a very clean establishment always great customer service which we appreciated she was very nice and very helpful so would we stay there again yes definitely
