Summary: We walked in our room and it was about 80 degrees. We let the receptionist know and she was very friendly and offered us another room or fans. Apparently our AC was running all day but the curtains hang over the AC, preventing the air to flow. The breakfast space is tiny so it got congested, but everything else was great! The room was PERFECT for a family of 6.

Summary: We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool, which we really wanted since it was summer and we knew we'd be doing a lot of walking during the daytime. But the pool was under construction! What a disappointment. Glad we were only there for one night before we moved on.

Summary: Made a reservation weeks prior to arrival. I got switched around 3 different rooms at check in. At midnight someone keyed into my room unexpectedly. But when I got settled in the room was clean and cozy. Front desk staff just seemed a little unorganized.

Summary: My flight to DSM arrived very late and I needed a quick overnight stay before my drive the rest of the way to my destination. I was in the room for a total of about 6 hours. Check-in was prompt, the room was clean enough. I used the toilet twice, didn't use the shower and was out of the room at 7:00 the next morning. It did a fine job of keeping a roof over my for the short stay.

Summary: Trashiest and most run down AmericInn I've stayed at. I had no water pressure in the sink faucet and the shower head didn't work either. I asked for some attention shortly after checking in on Saturday night and again on Sunday morning. Never got any answer, repair work or an offer to move to another room.
