Summary: Not pet friendly the room was very clean the property is being remodeled because of hurricane damage. The lady at the front desk was very nice and offered me and my brothers a free upgrade. We were in town for the funeral of our stepmother we were very appreciative of her generosity to us.Restaurants and shops near by.

Summary: The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but you can hear the people.

Summary: The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Didn't actually stay the night because while we had to wait at the check in counter, the smell was sickening.
