Positive: The hotel was in a beautiful location and the grounds and the facilities were to a high standard and well looked after.
Negative: The hotel was huge. So, everything that happened made you feel process. Check-in was more about all the things you couldnโ€™t do and the rules and regulations more than a warm welcome to the resort. Eating at the main restaurant was the same. It was huge and whilst the food was good you felt you were on the conveyor belt to get processed and fed. There was no real centre to the resort apart from the restaurant. No nice bar to sit at the water for a few drinks. The reception was huge but ugly. Just lots of furniture and no design. Nobody really eat there so a huge waste of space.
Summary: I enjoyed it and the resort was stunning but I wouldnโ€™t go back.

Positive: Amazing hotel, hospitality was on top! Very friendly personnel, delicious breakfast, amazing location. Itโ€™s 15-20 mins by car to the city centre, but taxi isnโ€™t expensive, so we totally enjoyed that we are out of the noisy city but still close that we went there every day. We had beautiful room with sea view. Fresh fruits every day in the room, complimentary mini bar. And the best was private sandy beach with the cleanest water! Highly recommended!

Positive: Swimming with the fish in the private bay while snorkelling was a huge high. We were given bread to feed the fish and it was amazing . Better than going on a day trip snorkelling to one of the nearby islands . Good weekly schedule of fun activities.
Negative: The restaurant was out in the open ( not air conditioned) so at breakfast and at dinner everyone was always hot, no where to go to eat in the cool. Took a long time for buggyโ€™s to come every time we wanted to go somewhere .
Summary: Feeding and swimming the tropical fish was incredible!

Positive: Resort is amazing and very big. So many different options during the day in terms of seating. Plenty of undercover seating unlike so many other resorts.
Negative: The menu post Breakfast needs to be reviewed. It is very limited and doesn't seem to change. Breakfast is excellent but the lunch and dinner options are not of the same quality.
Summary: Amazing resort with fantastic facilities in a great location. Would return.
