Positive: Great location, central but on a quiet alley. Beautiful place. Clean beds, felt safe.

Negative: They’ve done what they can with the place without a major renovation. My first room had a lot of ants (if you had food in the room they’d be everywhere but still all over everything I own even without), the shower worked occasionally, sometimes there would be no water coming out at all, usually cold water only. Changed rooms after first day, still nothing glamorous but better. AC is loud and very cold. Good place if location and convenience is priority.

Positive: Good location near central area of Station 2 with the beach as walking distance, big room with clean and comfortable beds, quiet area, good internet connection, and friendly staff. Strong water pressure in the shower

Negative: Not much of an issue personally, but the way to the homestay was very steep and could be an issue for those who have a hard time climbing up steep slopes

Positive: So peaceful here.The staff are super friendly and the pets are just too cute! 🐾 We stayed in the D5 room (like an annex of the main house) — simple but really comfy. Loved that they have a hair dryer (a must for me 😅). Not much on toiletries except for soap and tissue, but they do provide beach towels. Plus, the kitchen is well equipped — perfect if you want to save a bit and skip the pricey Boracay food spots. 🍳🌴 Such a cozy and homey stay!

Negative: The climb from the main road up to the homestay (Next to The Henry Hotel and Villa Enghien) but honestly, it’s good exercise — and the peaceful vibes at the top are totally worth it!

Positive: The host built the house from ground up and runs the stay, so lots of interesting stories to hear and look around compared to it just being a place to sleep. Attentive staff and loving pets adds extra charm. We tried eating out for breakfast but found the home one better than nearby restaurants.
