Positive: Lots of swimming pools to choose from. The kids club animation team all did a great job. Lots of different activities for the kids to entertain themselves in.
Negative: Having to pay for using the sun beds at the beach / No All inclusive option available - so easy to rack up a big bill at the end of your stay (in addition to the high price already paid).
Summary: Kid friendly resort - lots for them to do - but mind out for all the extras ...

Positive: Beautiful dining area, especially outside. It is usually quite crowded so you'll get better experience if you visit it in less popular hours. The room and bathroom are well designed with some acceptable flaws. The room has a table for kids to draw, toilette. Shower room and entry are with wash basin are all separated which may be handy for a family. But it's quite compact. We did have some difficulties to find space to dry towels and clothes. Double bed mattress consisted of 2 twin mattresses. The extra bed is creaking, but still comfortable to sleep and it's foldable under the main bed if you need extra space during the day. The embankment along the seaside is a nice place to walk. Even kids may find lots of interesting things to see and do there.
Negative: Balconies are small and some are very close to each other. The area around the hotel does not have much to write home about. But maybe it gets better in summer season when they open the main swimming pool outside.

Positive: Good indoor animation spaces for kids, balls, climbing, trampolins. Playground outside in front of the hotel and on the beach. Present for kid in room, play ideas in room. Tasty food, easy to find something for picky little ones. Good hotel but to improve grade for families could improve at some points: Carpets in rooms and hallways needs cleaning. Organization of facilities could be better. Acess to indor pool and restaurant is past rooms. Not convenient for guests who stay in that rooms. First indoor pool area is small, no kids pool. Steps to the pool. Second indoor pool acess is from the beach, need to use 2 rail stairs, direct entrance so you need to walk in a robe past bar, outside terrace, rail stairs to the pool. Ice cream in the restaurant would be better served by hotel team. Not clean if every kid and parents puts its fingers in the container.
