Positive: Fantastic location in a really beautiful bay. Family room was huge and really well equipped.
Negative: Reception area is generally a bit tatty so doesn’t give the best first impression. The pool regularly ran out of towels.

Positive: Great views across the bay from the pool and beach area. Water taxi to the old town was regular and not too expensive. Large choice of food at breakfast. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious.
Negative: This place is very popular with families so maybe an adults only space somewhere would be nice. Loungers by the beach cost an additional price even though the beach seems to be exclusive for resort guests.
Summary: A relaxing resort with lots going on!

Positive: Nature surrounding resort is beautiful. Facilities are also decent. Salt pool, Fresh water pool + beach few meters from pools. Ideal. Very nice. Rooms are cosy, enough space. Cleaning ladies were excellent, keeping space tide up. Always ready to help. Resort has kindergarten, this was excellent. Animators were top noch, playing with kids, having creative workshops, mini-disco in the evening……Can say enough positive words for those girls and boys. Food was ok. Nothing special (typical hotel buffet stuff), but plenty of choices and not repetitive.
Negative: Parking. Total disaster. It was advertised that parking is private and on site. That means that you should have space to park. No. Parking was free (instead payed) but there was none of it. Completely used and people parked left-right-center. Complete mess. Same for the spots at the pool. People putting towels on sun beds and leaving it there to “reserve” , then you have to ask pool-boys to remove it, they do it and then people who left it there complain causing issues. Policy is very clear that is forbidden to do that, but pool-boys are in very difficult position, since guest are rude. Management should better enforce policy. Staff in restaurant also knows to be very unfriendly. Grill master knows to be very rude towards guests, and chef of restaurant yells at younger workers in front of the guests. Very unpleasant. Knows to be busy (big queues) for the dinner
