Summary: Food at restaurant was delicious, breakfast buffet was great, room was ok but walls between rooms veeeery thin and first night I was kept awake for 3 hrs listening to the couple in the room next to me having noisy sex. Bathroom was freezing cold when it was cold outside. But staff was lovely and helpful in every way

Summary: I stayed in the apartments they are a 5 minute walk from the main hotel and Hilversum Train Station and shops the number 5 bus stops close by. The apartment was very nice and in very good condition. Public transport is very cheap so you can save a lot travelling to the tourist destinations from Hilversum.

Summary: Great location. A few minutes' walk to Hilversum and the train station. Lovely large apartment. Please provide more pillows though as the ones that were provided were terrible.

Summary: Free parking is great to find, though quite limited and tight at the Hotel. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. As an animal lover I was pleased to see a cat in the lobby who was eager for some attention!

Summary: Very nice hotel, beautiful surroundings, quiet , safe and clean . The safe wasn’t working and it wasn’t fixed 24 hours after I reported it and requested that it be fixed but other than that it was a very pleasant stay

Summary: Staff were very kind and the area around the hotel is very serene. About 40 min transit to Amsterdam Centraal, which is very easy to figure out using the trains.

Summary: Supplies ran low and had to request them several times. Room was only cleaned once in the 9 days we were there.

Summary: Fantastic apartment with everything we needed. Hotel staff were fantastic. Parking right outside the apartment. Very clean and well maintained, had free use of washing machine and tumble dryer. Only downside we got all our luggage out and went into reception to check in but the apartment is a short drive away so we had to pack it all back in the car! We will know next time and would definitely return if in the area. Also we were given a late checkout for free.
