Positive: We loved everything about this villa, especially the private swimming pool. My kids jumped in and played happily, especially on those very hot days. The villa itself was lovely, and the host, Elena, was incredibly helpful. Elena and her husband kindly waited for us during our late check-in, made sure we had extra water for the night, and even brought us a pack of bottled water. They were such a lovely couple, taking care of us from start to finish. We had to check out at 11 a.m., but since our flight was later in the day, Elena offered to store all our luggage at their other hotel nearby. And we have 2 friendly cats visit us everyday my kids just loving them and give them food and water.
Negative: The Pillow, too fluffy for me but that’s minor thing.

Positive: Villa with a good price-quality ratio. The kitchen is well-equipped. In 15 minutes walk to the beach. We had a comfortable stay here for 4 kids and 6 adults. Can recommend.
Negative: Wi-Fi works really bad. Be ready to use mobile internet

Positive: Very nice place for family vacation. There is some walking distance to nearest beach, but in another hand it quieter here and noise form hotels is not problem here. It worth to mention that hosts doing great job to maintain villas in clean conditions. The most clean rental property that I ever saw for last several years. Hosts are nice people and go extra mile to ensure comfort of guests.

Positive: A very nice spacious new villa with a lovely terrace and a swimming pool. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The hosts were very friendly and always ready to help. We got a lot of help on arrival and during our stay. The hosts will gladly help you with excursions or short trips, renting a car or organising a transfer to the airport.
Negative: As already mentioned, the villas are new, and they are not completely equipped yet. What I missed for a 100% comfortable stay: bedside lamps, bedside tables and mirrors (only one bedroom was fully furnished with two bedside tables and a mirror), towel hooks in the bathroom (no place at all to hang big towels or put clothes), good frying pans and kettles without limestone, kitchen towels. These are really small things but such details make you feel really comfortable during your stay. Upon arrival there was some soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and other basic things - after the flight you really appreciate that. A bottle of water, some tea or coffee would be a perfect addition. I wasn't inspired by the surrounding area: at the end of October there are no facilities on the public beach like cafes, sunbeds or sun umbrellas. Huge parts of territories are blocked by hotels, others are just unkempt grounds. It is not a place where you can go out in the evening and have many opportunities for a nice walk: there is a nice but short road along the sea and some streets with cafes/restaurants around the centre. If you want to see beautiful places, you'd need a car.
