Positive: It is a really unique place, runned very nicely. The location itself is wonderful - Plakias is a really gorgeus little town to visit. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a breathtaking Plakias beach - make sure to catch a sunset there. Free parking space always available near the hotel property. The breakfast service - simply fantastic. The google map with recommendations provided by the owners is another amazing thing and very helpful in order to explore the area on a another level. The room is as beautiful, modern and stylish as in the pictures, you also get to try very nice, premium feeling local toiletries. Homemade lemonade on arrival and rakia in your room - another nice touch.

Negative: Everything was perfect.

Summary: Can’t wait to come back - that says it all.

Positive: The breakfast was delicious. An extensive menu with the ability to order it the night before for a set arrival time. The food always arrived perfectly on time and was delicious. Local ingredients. The evening lights and ambiance was superb with lovely plants all over the site

Positive: Food was excellent - served to room / pool at breakfast and during the day. Great options, high quality. Room itself was excellent, clearly well designed and well finished. Service was exceptional. Really welcoming and thoughtful

Negative: Plakias the town is fine, the more beautiful places are a taxi away. The sisters who run Amente are helpful to book

Positive: Thank you for an unforgettable experience! The service at the hotel was simply amazing – we received incredibly detailed and heartfelt recommendations about the entire area. The hosts helped us with everything we needed, always with kindness and care. The location is perfect – just a 4-minute walk from a breathtaking beach, a nearby supermarket, and 5–10 minutes from all the best restaurants and tavernas in the area. The hotel itself is of a very high standard – the rooms are beautiful, clean, and stylish, with luxurious shampoo and conditioner that smell wonderful. Everything is thoughtful and high quality down to the smallest detail. We truly had a fantastic stay – and at the end, we even received a lovely gift from the hosts 💛 We fell in love with the place! It’s ideal for couples and travelers who plan to explore the island, but it’s also perfect for relaxing – with a great pool and room service for food. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back again!

Positive: A fantastically welcoming and comfortable little hotel. Rooms are a good size with lovely little extras (local breads and their own Raki), amazing smelling toiletries, v comfy bed and large balcony. Clever use of QR to link to ordering breakfast, their toiletries to buy and recommended places to eat / see. Short walk to the beach which has beautiful sunsets

Positive: Super nice staff, helped us with everything. The two girls managing the reception, were exceptional. Also, entering the reception, the smell was good. The rooms to our surprise were by far exceeding the expectations and much better than some other hotels around the island claiming 5 stars. We stayed in other hotels areound the island but this one is the one we remember. Also, the food we’ve ordered for lunch was pretty good. Usually I don’t write reviews but the service and staff and amenities deserve a review. Well done !

Negative: The beach close by is very touristy and in very contrast to the beautiful hotel. Hence I recommend to go to the mountains to eat some local food. I wish Amente was in a better location as it deserves more visibility!
