This home's very conveniently located in the south bay w walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is fully renovated with a feel of luxury. The house furniture is professionally designed to bring cheer, warm welcome, and comfort. A short drive to the beaches with a lot of activities. A short drive to Palos Verdes with amazing views and hiking trails. The house has a huge backyard for entertainment and relaxing enjoying outdoor.

- Please note this is a family neighborhood so please do not disturb or cause trouble with neighbors
- This house is actually in Torrance and is close to the beach.
- Please be careful not to move the basketball to other place. Basketball may fall to neighbor houses.
- The house is very close to the ocean so there is always ocean breeze, we do have mobile AC in case it gets too hot.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.

Summary: We stayed in this lovely house for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner at the house and found the kitchen to be fairly well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are updated, and the house has a pleasant “vibe.” We had a small plumbing problem (leaking pipes in a bathroom sink), and the property manager responded immediately and sent over a handyman later that day to fix the problem. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard. We would stay here again!

Summary: Overall great place to stay! I think our group was one of the first few to stay at the property. Everything was fresh and clean and as shown in the listing. A few negatives - not enough towels, no access to laundry room, thin mattress, no clothing rod in 1 of the bedrooms. We found ants one night but they were gone in the morning. But overall the space was great for our group! Great access to our family events over the weekend and to all of the necessities. Make the trip to Sidecar Donuts!
