Summary: The house was spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths. The check in and check out process was easy and the extra hour of checkout was much appreciated. Great for family and friends. Quiet location. Plenty of parking and pet friendly too.

Summary: This house was the perfect spot for what we had planned. We were two families with teenagers and this house was perfect for all 7 of us. The house was extremely clean and it is very modern on the inside we had no complaints at all. Charles was a very responsive host-it was cold over the weekend and we needed the temperature adjusted in the house and he responded right away-don’t think it even took two minutes to respond. The area was quiet and had no issues at all. We didn’t travel far to keep our teenagers entertained because this house was just minutes from The Domain where we shopped, booked a VR experience at Sandbox (which was a blast) and went to Top Golf. We were also close to Pinballz and a skating rink where everyone including parents had a great time. This house was also close to a lot of breweries but we went to one that had food trucks and it was a good place to hang out try some beer and eat-the pizza truck there was delicious. We also booked a rage room which was also not a long drive at all from the house. We would both stay here again and recommend. Thank you Charles for making the stay easy and comfortable. Five Stars!

Summary: Back porch area is well done for outdoor living with nice fire pit and BBQ. Inside appliances are well maintained and clean. Unique garbage can! We found the neighborhood perfectly fine - not sure what other reviewers were talking about. Easy in/out access. Charles was accommodating and very responsive to our questions.

Summary: Great house but the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. I'm was a bit disappointed on the outside of the house. The yards, front and back needed to be cut. The inside of the house was spot on, however, the kitchen lacked items that were needed to cook and serve. The ceiling fan in the living room was very noisy so we had to turn it off at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
