This home features 6 bedrooms (7 queen beds), 3.5 bathrooms, 1 ensuite bedroom (each bedroom features a queen size bed), a 3rd floor family room for entertaining, a formal living and dining room, a sunroom and kitchen.
Additionally, this property features a 1bedroom carriage house apt, with a living room, kitchenette and separate bathroom. The lower level features a catering kitchen and a commercial ice machine, which is perfect for outdoor entertaining by the pool.
Lastly, this property is gated for your privacy and features an inground pool, spa, two separate covered patios, a front porch, outdoor dining, gas grills, fireplace, koi pond and extensive gardens. ^^^This property will accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. Additional guests and Parties are not allowed on the property. Only 10 people and 3 cars are allowed on the property. There is plenty of safe street parking if there are more vehicles. Summary: This home was absolutely perfect. Our group not only enjoyed the relaxing pool each day but the chefs kitchen made it so easy to eat in and have quality time with friends. Kevin was so helpful getting us settled in and all the extras in this home were perfect for our needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a piece of paradise in the city of Indy.

Summary: We hosted an 8 person retirement golf weekend here. The property was perfect for our group with a great pool and outdoor gathering space. The kitchen was updated and there was plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. The owner was pleasant to work with and was very responsive.

Summary: The house was great and worked perfectly for our family vacation with kids and grandparents. There is nothing really walking distance but almost everything is less than 20 minute drive. Kevin, the host, was very responsive too!

Summary: Love this home! Felt like staying in a museum. It has so much character it was absolutely wonderful. All rooms were very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large group to spread out. We didn't do any cooking but all the necessities were available. Would stay here again.
