Summary: This is our 4th time in this hotel, but last time was several years ago so there are many improvements- the rooms has been modernised, new restaurant menu, new area with swimming pool, a gym and Thai boxing added, and a spa. But the main character of the property is maintained- being a very relaxed, beautiful seaside hotel. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly too, no ask too big. We will be back again soon, thank you xx

Summary: Disappointing. This “resort” is dated and in need of some serious attention. The pool is very small for a resort and it was disgusting. The color of the water was murky, there was so much sand in it we didn’t even want to go in. Out “superior” bungalow was decent , the bed was pretty comfortable, but we were in the back of the resort area and heard all of the loud construction truck and other traffic noise early in the morning and on the evening. It was nice to walk out and be on the beach, This side of the island, the water is nice and calm, we went next door and had great food at the chill out hotel. We did not have good food at this resort, but there are many nice cafes and restaurants not too far down the beach and in town. I think they need to hire more staff to keep the pool clean and tidy up the place. It’s a 2 star resort at best.

Summary: The resort is situated next to a quiet and lovely beach, far from noise and traffic of the east coast of Koh Samui but close to supermarket and other services. The restaurant of the hotel is really good.

Summary: Overall, this place was lovely. Although I didn’t realize this was a wellness retreat prior to booking , I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the breakfast was complementary and delicious, and the rooms were well equipped with a safe deposit box, a mini fridge, toiletries, and air-conditioning. I also really appreciated the complementary use of a KAYAK during my stay . My only complaint about this place is the staff in the restaurant. The service was extremely slow, even when I was the only customer, and they were not particularly friendly or accommodating. The first meal I had there was a salad, that was supposed to come with certain ingredients on it (ie. pistachios and avocado) and when the salad arrived it did not contain the ingredients listed on the menu. When I said something to my waitress , She looked confused and just said that they no longer carry those items. I also found a spider in the same salad towards the end of my meal, and there were no apologies or discounts given. I thought that was a poor response. Otherwise the juices and smoothies that I had were delicious, but the food was very overrated and the service was not the best. With that being said the rest of the staff at the resort was extremely friendly and accommodating, including the taxi driver Moo and his wife the receptionist. I also had an extremely enjoyable massage in the spa. The location of the resort Is not very conveniently located so you will need a car or scooter to get around.
