Positive: Close to great restaurants and shops. Restaurant staff were lovely, as were the gardeners. Didn’t have much to do with front reception staff, other than booking in and leaving. Bed was comfortable, TV was the size of an iPad in our first room, had to move rooms due to the very tight spiral staircase. Second room was on ground level, with shared living space with room upstairs, almost like a 2 bedroom villa. Aircon was great, as was the WiFi.
Negative: Probably a nice resort 20 yrs ago. Very dated for a resort with minimal staff. Breakfast was also very basic, no buffet breakfast, just eggs, toast, fruit and coffee.
Summary: Dated facilities, not really a resort anymore.

Positive: The location was good. Spacious room. Accommodated an early check in which was good.
Negative: We did not get the room we booked. We were at the very back of the property. The shower had no pressure hard to enjoy. Breakfast was average. Coffee was terrible.

Positive: The american breakfast was good and the coffee was fragrant. They provided adaptors in the room. The staff are helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the pool and deck chairs. Great location with lots of food and shopping around. Lots of TV channels in the room TV, with Korean channel, English channel, etc. Check out was at noon! They change the towels daily though there is no need to do so. The bed is very comfortable and you get two soft and comfy pillows per person!
Negative: The bathroom could be cleaner. Please give guests the option of not changing the towels (to be more eco- friendly) with a sign in the bathroom that says "Dear guests, if you wish to have your towels changed, please place them in the bath tub." I wish there was a small table in the room that I could use to have TV dinner in the room

Positive: Loved the location. So central to everything. I also loved how it’s so away from the hustle and bustle yet so central also. Once you walk through the doors to the resort, it’s like you’ve been transported to another part of Bali, the more quieter and peaceful part.
Negative: The mosquitoes were a killer!!
