Positive: Beautiful, serene property. Everything you want from an Ubud stay - green,lush, quiet, hillside, rice paddies and lovely accomodation. Choice of pools was also very nice. I would stay again - no problem.
Negative: Minor things - choice of coffee at breakfast would be nice (I am not a fan of Balinese style).

Positive: Very friendly lovely staff the hotel is beautiful in gorgeous gardens and rice fields the two villas we booked 48 and 49 are fabulous. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice and eggs made to order. We had a very good meal the night before the food is delicious. Thankyou for looking after us
Negative: The AC was a bit old in the villas 48 and 49 it didn’t get very cold probably because there are so many gaps in the structure and I’m being unrealistic!

Positive: The Authenticity of Bali. Clean rooms, the beautiful pools and the bathrobes. I wish I bought one.
Negative: The food was nice but more selection over the days would be greater for people with longer stays.

Positive: The staff was nice. I just didn't feel comfortable in the room. There were mosquitoes, sheets were dingy, ants in the bathroom...etc
Negative: Staff was nice...landscaping was beautiful.

Positive: Huge grounds, almost jungle-like in some areas. Had the largest room - fabulous value. The restaurant is OK for breakfast and the odd last minute meal, but not a main feature. 3 lovely pools and an army to keep everything clean and flora and fauna from interfering with the enjoyment of the place. Staff were very pleasant as often the case in Bali. Summing up: great value, great location in Campuhan opposite Indus, a favorite restaurant of ours... We shall return.
Negative: As mentioned, the restaurant's offerings - while certainly very acceptable - could be more inspiring.
