Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Anchor Cottage over the weekend. We had five adults and our two year old and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. We were close enough to go to the state park and also go fishing in the Laguna Park area. My two year old loved chasing the neighbor's chickens and though we were close to other properties it was quiet and peaceful. The cottage was incredibly clean and had plenty of amenities and then some! I would suggest bringing your own foil or tupperware containers as we had some leftovers from grilling and didn't have a way to store them. Other than that the only suggestion I have is a towel hook for the bathroom-that's it! Beth was quick to respond to our questions and very friendly. I did have a bit of trial and error figuring out the smart thermostat but I eventually got it. Another thing to note is that the check out process was incredibly simple, as far as what they ask you to do when you leave. Coming from other properties that have a giant checklist of things to do I was really appreciative of this. Overall this place was great and we will definitely try to stay again next year!

Summary: The cottage is very comfortable and met our needs perfectly! It was clean, the beds and pillows provided for a great night’s sleep, and is decorated so cute. My only suggestions would be to add lamps to the nightstands in the bedrooms and towel hooks to the bathrooms. We will definitely plan to stay here again! Cindy

Summary: We stayed for a weekend in order to attend a family reunion nearby. The house is immaculately kept, nice decor, beds are comfortable (I often do not like the beds when staying away from home), the kitchen well equipped, and the host was very helpful, very quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend.
