Positive: Nice quiet rural location with south facing bedrooms. Pub next door for evening meals. Golf club 1 mile up the road for hot breakfast.

Negative: Rooms are spacious and adequate but decor a bit drab. Bed not the most comfortable.

Negative: When we arrived we were informed that the central heating had broken. But we were kindly lent 2 portable heaters, which worked very well when on. But got very cold in the night and in the separate bathroom.

Positive: Very friendly staff and the food in the pub was delicious. Accommodation was great for what I needed, comfortable room with little extras for making teas and coffees.

Negative: No hairdryer which I didn’t realise when I booked as I would have brought my travel one.

Negative: Lack of controllable heating Radiator in bathroom not working Curtain in lobby was damaged and didn’t give a good impression the accommodation was cared for 2 small bottles of shower gel provided but no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion Towels were well used and not soft
