In the beautiful Marina of Davia, in the heart of the pine forest, on 1,400 m2 of land, is our villa of 155m2. Its construction is recent. There is also an adjoining studio and a large terrace. The villa is located by the sea (about ten minutes by feet) in a dream setting for holidays with friends or family. The environment is very quiet. The house is very comfortable and the decoration neat.
The house is built on two floors: on the first floor there are living rooms (living room and kitchen) and a bedroom, a bathroom and a shower room. On the second floor there is the master suite with its terrace and adjoining bathroom, a large bedroom (capacity for four people) and a shower room. The studio, apart, is equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen independent of the rest of the villa.
The Marina of Davia is a perfect compromise: ten minutes walk from the beaches, ten minutes by car from Ile Rousse and twenty minutes from Calvi in a dream setting, perfect for resting.
You have of course access by car to the house, there is room to park several vehicles. A train also runs the Marina and runs the entire coast.
