Positive: Just completed a 4 night stay and really happy with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and adequate with a small fridge, air conditioning and nice toiletries. Very quiet at night for restful sleep. They offer a green option and if you opt out of room cleaning offer a 100 dk bar Voucher at sister hotel across the street. A sweet bag, or half off bike rental. They have an honor bar at the hotel. In addition a complimentary glass of an assortment of wines from 1700 to 1800 daily. Nice water station for still and sparkling water. Coffee and small pastries throughout the day. The breakfast was really nice. Hot items and all kinds of fruits breads pastries and cold cuts cheese and vegetables and cereals. We looked forward to it each and every morning. Centrally located near main train station. Multiple restaurants within close proximity as well. A lot of other major tourist spots within a 30 walk. Location felt safe to walk around. Secure luggage area and fitness room available. Nice and inviting lobby and breakfast area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if in Copenhagen.
Negative: Room a bit small but adequate and tub was deep and a bit hard to get in and out of.

Negative: 1. The poor design of the bathroom, in particular the shower without screens. The floor and toilet were wet a lot of the time. 2. There were screaming children at every breakfast we had.

Positive: The location is just perfect, 5 minutes from central station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. Lovely gesture having a free wine hour every day. 🍷. Gifts are given if you decide not to use housekeeping each day. Sister hotel across the road with a great bar and staff.

Positive: The Andersen Boutique Hotel is perfectly located less than a 3 minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Despite the close proximity to the station, we never heard any noise from trains at any point during our stay. The hotel is situated near Tivoli Gardens, which wasn’t open while we were visiting. Although it’s one of the big attractions of Copenhagen, there were plenty of other things to see and do in the city and we filled almost every minute of our 3-day stay. The Andersen Boutique Hotel was a lovely hotel. The staff were always extremely polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent, there was always plenty of choice and it was fresh and tasty. In the evenings from 5-6pm, the hotel hosts ‘wine hour’ where they serve complimentary glasses of wine, beer or soft drinks. There’s always coffee and tea available and an honesty bar in the reception area. The rooms were spotless and ‘incentives’ were offered for opting out of daily room servicing. These included 100DKK voucher redeemable in the bar at their sister hotel across the road, 50% of bike hire and bags of sweet treats. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Copenhagen, we will definitely stay again!!

Positive: Fantastic location very close to the Central Station, the city centre and if you’re into Craft Beer it is close to the Meat Packing district and War Pigs and Aben breweries! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff are exceptional, very helpful and well informed. Breakfast is superb with a wonderful range of hot and cold foods which are available buffet style. There is an honesty bar, free glass of wine between 5 & 6pm and also freebies if you opt out of house keeping on any day. All in this is a great place.
Summary: Great staff, great location, great atmosphere and we had a great time!
